Milky Way Observations

As part of our involvement with various Galactic plane surveys (including SEDIGISM, OGHReS and ThrUMMS), we are investigating how the kinematic properties of molecular clouds across our Galaxy may relate to both their larger scale environment, and the star formation within them. This work is then being used to compare against the results from our numerical work , to help us understand better the flow of gas in our own MW.

Most of this work is currently underway, and we will release any related dataproducts here, as they come along.
